Returns & Exchanges Policy
At HYN Swimwear, we design every piece with D-F cup confidence in mind, and we want you to feel absolutely beautiful in your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
- Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (original shipping costs are non-refundable)
- Refund Method: Original payment method
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange
Email our customer happiness team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information (or use our template below):
Step 2: Pack Your Items
Once approved, carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
Step 3: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the package until it reaches us.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: You’ll receive the item price minus original shipping costs
Exchange Information
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return
- If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchange shipments
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Swimwear that has been worn or tried on without protective undergarments
- Items without original tags attached
- Final sale items (these will be clearly marked)
International Returns
Customers outside the US:
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees
- We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement immediately
